Who helps you with what
- Bienaro (us) – technical help: the website or booking doesn’t work, an e-mail didn’t arrive, your account, sign-in, plan and invoices for Bienaro.
- The business you booked with – everything about a specific appointment: free times, price and services, moving or cancelling after the deadline, complaints about a visit. The contact is on its website. We cannot change the appointment or the price on behalf of the business.
What to write to us about
- A question about the platform – how something works, what is in the plan, whether Bienaro can handle what you need in your business.
- Partnership – switching from another system, integration with your other software, an offer you want to talk about.
- A problem – something behaves differently than it should. Tell us which screen it was on and what you were doing; the exact wording of the message, if there was one.
Do you have an account and are you signed in? The quicker way is Report a problem under the round ? in the administration – the page address and browser are attached, so you don’t have to describe anything twice. Customers of businesses have the same under their booking and in the overview of their appointments – such a message goes to us, not to the business.

A quick answer without waiting
Price, plans, domain, switching from another system, data and GDPR are answered on the FAQ page – and for industries also on shorter pages for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, beauty salons, massage, tattoo studios and pedicure.
Do you want to cancel or move an appointment you booked? The quickest way is to do it yourself: the link is in the confirmation e-mail and in the My appointments overview on the website of the business you booked with. That business decides about the appointment, so arrange things with it even after the deadline; if the link itself doesn’t work, write to us and we will help.
