The next visit after six weeks
The default pedicure interval is 42 days. Usually the day after a visit from an online booking (after an evening visit, the morning of the day after that), Rytmus offers the client appointments around that day, and if they don’t choose one, it sends a reminder before it. From the third regular visit on it counts with how the client actually comes.
Every pedicure has its own length
Classic, machine and gel polish pedicures each have their own length and price in the price list. The calendar offers only the windows where the chosen service fits in full, so a ninety-minute pedicure with gel polish never lands in the hour before closing.
An appointment nobody forgets
Confirmations and appointment reminders go out by e-mail, also in the free Kalendář plan. With Rytmus you can switch on text messages as well (50 a month included; a longer message counts as several SMS; to Czech, Slovak and Austrian mobile numbers), and clients without an e-mail get their confirmation by SMS. The client doesn’t register anywhere or create a password.

When setting up your business you choose your industry and get this suggestion prefilled, including a sample length and price – you just fine-tune them. What you don’t offer, you untick; what you offer on top, you add under your own name.

Which services are prefilled for pedicure?
3 services are prefilled: Classic pedicure, Dry (machine) pedicure, Pedicure with gel polish. You adjust the length and price of each, untick what you don’t do and add your own treatments under your own name. The price list becomes the offer on the website and in the booking form at the same time.
Will Bienaro get in touch with a client when it’s time for their next pedicure?
Yes, with Rytmus. The default pedicure interval is 42 days: usually the day after a visit from an online booking (after an evening visit, the morning of the day after that) the client gets an offer of appointments around that day, and if they don’t choose one, a reminder follows before it. For someone who comes every five or every eight weeks, the interval is recalculated to their pace from the third regular visit on. Anyone who already has their next appointment gets nothing; offers and reminders go out at most once every 7 days, and the client can unsubscribe via the link in every message.
Can I set an interval other than six weeks?
You can – for each service you fill in after how many weeks clients come back, and Rytmus follows that instead of the default 42 days. The interval is filled in for each service separately, so a classic pedicure and a pedicure with gel polish can each have their own.
Not all my clients book online. Does it make sense for me?
It does – the form asks only for the service, day and time, name, phone and e-mail (you can make the e-mail optional in the settings), and no account or password is created. Whoever prefers to call, you enter manually into the same calendar, and if you have their e-mail, they get a confirmation and a reminder just like with a booking from the website. You print the booking link as a QR code and put it on the counter for your clients.
Can I show on the website how I work and where clients can find me?
Yes – the website has a gallery for 24 photos that you upload from your phone, plus your address, opening hours and price list. Ratings from online visits appear on it by themselves, without your approval; a review can only be written by a client whose online booking took place, and you can’t edit or delete it.
