For hair salons
The system for hair salons: website, booking, clients and numbers
Bienaro is a system for hair salons in Czechia: a website with online booking, calendar, clients and numbers in one place. Clients book without registering, and the calendar accounts for the length of every service, from a men’s cut to colouring. The Kalendář plan costs 0 Kč with no limit on bookings or clients; the Rytmus plan costs 399 Kč a month or 3,990 Kč a year and includes 2 people on the team.
A cut takes half an hour, highlights half a day — and a calendar that doesn’t know that will squeeze someone into your afternoon who won’t fit. Bienaro counts with the length of every service and offers the client only a window they will really fit into.

Why here
Your price list is prefilled before you write it
When setting up you choose your industry and we offer you a ready-made list of cuts, colouring and blow-dries — with a sample price and length that you just fine-tune. What you don’t offer, you untick; what you offer on top, you add under your own name.
A cut and a colour have a different rhythm
Rytmus offers the client their next visit when it is coming up — for a cut it counts with 42 days, for colouring with 35. From the third regular visit on it follows the client’s own pace, so someone who comes every five weeks gets an offer based on five.
A salon with several people, at a price with a ceiling
Rytmus for 399 Kč a month (3,990 Kč a year) includes 2 people, each additional one is 100 Kč a month, and the whole salon costs at most 990 Kč a month. Everyone has their own sign-in and their own calendar; you manage blocked times, holidays and exceptions separately for each person, so two people never meet at the same chair.
What gets prefilled
When setting up your business you choose your industry and get this suggestion prefilled, including a sample length and price – you just fine-tune them. What you don’t offer, you untick; what you offer on top, you add under your own name.

Questions for your industry
Answers to the questions we hear most often from your industry. General questions about price, data and switching from another service are on the FAQ page.
Can a hair salon booking system handle colouring that takes three hours?
Yes — every service has its own length and price and the calendar offers only the windows where the whole service fits. A three-hour highlights appointment will never end up in the hour before closing, and a short cut can fill a gap that a longer service couldn’t. You can change the length at any time; the change applies from the next booking.
Which services are prefilled for a hair salon?
4 services are prefilled: Women's haircut, Men's haircut, Colour + cut, Blow-dry & styling. They are only suggestions — you rewrite the name, price and length, and delete what you don’t offer. The price list on the website and in the booking form is created from them at the same time.
How often does Bienaro contact a client after a cut, and how often after colouring?
It depends on the service: after a cut it offers an appointment around day 42, after colouring around day 35 — and separately for each client. It sends the offer usually the day after a visit from an online booking (after an evening visit, the morning of the day after that), and if the client doesn’t choose, it sends a reminder before that day; from the third regular visit on it counts with how the client actually comes. Anyone who already has their next appointment doesn’t get the message, and the reminder goes out at most once every 7 days with an unsubscribe link.
My clients only come by phone and Instagram. Does a website make sense for me?
It does, because a web address is the only place that search engines and maps take from you and that you can put in your Instagram bio. The booking link can be shared in stories and printed as a QR code on a card at the counter. Whoever keeps calling, you enter manually — into the same calendar, so the hours can’t overlap.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
The client card shows a “3× no-show” label, and from the second such appointment we offer to switch off online booking for them. The block doesn’t happen by itself — you tap it, the client never finds out and you can keep entering them manually. If a year passes without another missed appointment, the block is lifted automatically. Each business keeps its own no-show count; Bienaro doesn’t share it between businesses and the block applies only with you.
You can try it for free, right now.
You give the business name and industry and the website runs within a few minutes; you switch on online booking whenever you want. Calendar, clients and numbers are in one system from day one. Nobody asks for your card and you can request an export of your data at any time.
We also have pages for barbershops, nail studios, beauty salons, massage, tattoo studios and pedicure. The full pricing is on the home page.
