Every voucher has its own code, so at the counter you can tell at a glance whether someone has already come. You issue up to 100 at once and each one is for a specific massage from your price list.
Every massage has its own length
A sports hour and a relaxing ninety minutes are not the same appointment. You keep the length and price for each service separately and the calendar offers — or doesn’t offer — a specific hour accordingly.
A quiet day is your decision
Blocked times, exceptions and holidays show up in the available slots immediately; the client won’t see a closed day in the form at all. Whoever calls anyway, you enter manually into the same calendar.

Does it handle gift vouchers for massage?
Yes, vouchers are part of Rytmus: each one is for a specific massage from your price list and you can issue up to 100 at once. A sports massage voucher covers it in full even after a price rise, and the recipient can transfer it to another massage — paying the difference at your place, unless you switch that option off when issuing. You print them as a PDF (A6 or one-third A4) along with a list of codes to tick off. You collect the money for the voucher and you issue the receipt — Bienaro only keeps track of whether a code has already been redeemed.
Which massages are prefilled?
Prefilled are Massage 30 min, Massage 60 min, Massage 90 min, each with a sample price that you just fine-tune; what you don’t offer, you delete, and you add your own technique under your own name. From that, the price list is laid out on the website and at the same time becomes the offer in the booking form.
Will Bienaro contact a client to come for their next massage?
Yes, the default massage interval is 28 days and the offer of the next appointment goes out by itself when it is coming up. For regular clients it is recalculated to their pace — someone who comes every two months won’t get a message after one month. Anyone who already has their next appointment gets nothing; the reminder goes out at most once every 7 days and unsubscribing takes one tap.
How do I block time when I don’t want to take anyone?
With a blocked time or an exception in the opening hours — both are one screen and show up in the available slots immediately. A holiday, a closed day or an hour between two clients simply disappears from the website and the client won’t see it in the form. Manual entry keeps working for you, even when the website is silent.
Does a client have to register to book?
No — they don’t create an account or a password. They choose a massage, day and time, leave their name and contact details, and the confirmation arrives by e-mail with a calendar attachment, plus a reminder before the appointment. They then open their appointments via a link in the e-mail. You don’t install anything either: everything runs in the browser, the free plan costs 0 Kč, and text message reminders (50 SMS a month included; a long message counts as several SMS) come with Rytmus.
