Facial treatments, brows, lashes and make-up each have their own line with their own length in the prefilled price list. The calendar then won’t offer an hour a long treatment wouldn’t fit into, and on the other hand can fill a gap with a short touch-up.
In beauty, vouchers are half of Christmas
With Rytmus you issue gift vouchers for a specific treatment from your price list, up to 100 at once, and tick them off a list of codes at the counter. You collect the money — Bienaro only keeps track of which code has already been redeemed.

Which services are prefilled for a beauty salon?
4 items are prefilled: Facial treatment, Brow shaping & tint, Lash lift, Makeup. Each has a sample price and length that you just fine-tune; what you don’t offer, you untick, and you add your own treatments under your own name. That gives you the price list on the website and the offer in the booking form.
Can it keep track of a treatment taking an hour and a half and a brow shaping fifteen minutes?
Yes — length is a property of the service, not of the calendar. A long treatment is never offered in a window it doesn’t fit into, while a short touch-up can fill even a gap between two longer appointments. If you change your mind about a length, you rewrite it and the change applies from the next booking.
Can I sell gift vouchers for treatments?
Yes, vouchers are part of Rytmus — always for a chosen treatment from your price list, and you can issue up to 100 at once. A treatment voucher covers it in full even after a price rise; the recipient can also redeem it for another treatment and pay the difference at your salon, unless you switch that option off when issuing. You print them as a PDF in A6 or one-third-A4 format along with a list of codes to tick off. You accept the payment for the voucher and you issue the receipt — Bienaro only keeps the codes and which one has already been redeemed.
What happens when I’m booked up for a month?
Anyone interested signs up for the waiting list and Bienaro writes to them as soon as something frees up on their days. The list is part of Rytmus and doesn’t hold the slot — the booking goes to whoever clicks on the offer first. In the administration you see who is waiting and can also offer them a slot manually.
Clients from Austria and Germany come to me too. Can the website handle it?
It can — a business website supports Czech, Slovak, German, English and Vietnamese; languages beyond Czech are part of Rytmus. The client switches the language themselves, search engines get the correct links for each language version and the booking form speaks the same language as the page. Each team member sets the administration to Czech, Slovak, German, English or Vietnamese for themselves.
