Why here
A new set and a refill are not the same
Every service has its own price and length, so a gel refill doesn’t try to squeeze into a window reserved for a whole new set. The calendar offers only the windows the chosen service really fits into.
The refill reminds itself
The default interval is 28 days and Bienaro writes to the client when the next refill is coming up. Someone who comes every three weeks gets an offer based on three — from the third regular visit on, the interval is recalculated from their own visits.
Photos of your work are all your marketing
The gallery on your website holds 24 photos and you add them from your phone. If you don’t have any yet, the website works without them — the templates rely on typography and the price list, not on images.
What gets prefilled
When setting up your business you choose your industry and get this suggestion prefilled, including a sample length and price – you just fine-tune them. What you don’t offer, you untick; what you offer on top, you add under your own name.

Can the booking system tell a new set of nails from a gel refill?
Yes — they are two separate services with their own price and length, and you will find both in the prefilled price list. The client chooses what they want when booking, and the calendar offers them only the windows where that specific service fits. The prefilled price list of a nail studio is Manicure, Gel nails – full set, Gel fill, with sample prices and lengths that you just fine-tune.
Does it contact the client about a refill by itself, or do I have to write to them?
It does it by itself — you don’t have to write: it offers appointments around day 28 after the last visit and sends a reminder about a week in advance if the client doesn’t have their next appointment yet. The message is an offer of a specific appointment, not a mass newsletter, and the reminder goes out at most once every 7 days. Anyone who doesn’t want it unsubscribes with one tap and the reminders stop.
Where do I put photos of my work?
In the gallery on your website, which holds 24 photos that you upload straight from your phone. The website resizes them itself, so you don’t have to worry about sizes. Until you have any, the page looks finished without them — and as soon as you upload the first one, it appears in the gallery.
Does it handle gift vouchers for a manicure?
Yes, gift vouchers are part of Rytmus — always for a specific service from your price list, and you can issue up to 100 at once. A manicure voucher covers that manicure in full even after a price rise; it can be redeemed for another service with the difference paid at your salon, and if you don’t want that, you switch the option off when issuing. You print them as a PDF along with a list of codes to tick off, where you can see at the counter which one has already been redeemed. You collect the money for the voucher, we keep the records.
What if I’m booked up a month ahead?
Switch on the waiting list (it is part of Rytmus): anyone who can’t find a free slot on the website leaves their contact and the days that suit them. As soon as something frees up on those days, an e-mail is sent to them automatically and the booking goes to whoever clicks first. That way you don’t pick up the phone or write names on scraps of paper.
