No. You go through a short guide – type in the business name, pick your trade and confirm what we pre-fill. If you can write an Instagram post, you can do this. If you still get stuck somewhere, write to us and we'll go through it with you.

The templates are deliberately designed to work entirely without photos: they rely on typography, lines and your price list. You can upload photos from your phone anytime later and the website adapts to them.

No. If you have your own website, use just our booking: your business address leads straight to the booking page and you add a button, a link or a booking window to your site. You can switch any time in settings, and the website content with us stays saved.

Yes. The website is live from the moment you create your business, and you turn on online booking whenever you like. Until then it shows your price list, opening hours and contact details, and clients call or message you.

No. Kalendář is free, Rytmus costs 399 Kč a month or 3,990 Kč a year and the price doesn't change with the number of bookings or clients – how many book with you is entirely up to you. We don't ask for your card: you switch the plan on yourself and receive an invoice with a QR code, payable within 14 days. We switch on Rytmus once the payment arrives, usually within one working day.

It works a little differently with us. Kalendář, the website and e-mails to clients are free and it's not a trial version – nothing ends and nothing switches to paid afterwards. You can try Rytmus (the one that reaches out to clients for you, plus the team) for 30 days free right from the start: switch it on in your admin with one click whenever it suits you, or at the moment you add a second person to your team. You don't enter a card, and during the trial the team has no limit on the number of people. The 30 days run from when you switch it on, and the offer won't run away. Nothing switches on by itself after the trial – you only start paying once you order Rytmus yourself; until then only you stay active (other team members are switched off but keep their data) and the premium template goes back to a basic one.

399 Kč a month or 3,990 Kč a year (333 Kč a month), and that price includes 2 active people in the team. Each additional one costs 100 Kč a month (1,000 Kč a year), but at most 990 Kč a month (9,900 Kč a year) in total – from 8 people you pay a flat fee, however many of you there are. Everyone has their own sign-in and their own calendar. Permissions are set by role: a team member manages only their own bookings, their own calendar and the waiting list (they see other people's appointments only in the “Whole business” overview and can't change them), the whole team sees the client records, and only the owner sees revenue, statistics, settings and billing. If you work alone, Kalendář is free. You can try the team with Rytmus for 30 days free, with no limit on the number of people. Do you each work for yourselves? Each of you creates your own free account, and you don't see each other's clients.

Only optional extras and each team member beyond 2. We register a new custom domain for you for 499 Kč a year and your business will be its holder; a domain you already have you keep paying for at your registrar, and without one the website runs at your-name.bienaro.com. With your first paid Rytmus payment you get a welcome kit of printed materials; further printed materials (appointment cards, business cards and gift vouchers) you can order from us if you wish, or have them printed anywhere else – with Kalendář you print all of them yourself from PDF, including stickers with a QR code. SMS beyond the 50 a month included are paid from prepaid credit: 300 for 499 Kč, 500 for 749 Kč, 1,000 for 1,399 Kč, i.e. 1.40 Kč to 1.66 Kč per SMS. And Rytmus includes 2 active people in the team – each additional one costs 100 Kč a month (1,000 Kč a year), at most 990 Kč a month in total. Nothing else is charged separately: bookings, data export and templates are not added on.
