The system for tattoo studios: website, booking, clients and numbers

Bienaro is a system for tattoo studios in Czechia: a website with online booking, calendar, clients and numbers in one place. Consultations and sessions lasting several hours each have their own length in the calendar, and clients book without registering. The Kalendář plan costs 0 Kč with no limit on bookings or clients; the Rytmus plan costs 399 Kč a month or 3,990 Kč a year and includes 2 people on the team.

A tattoo starts with a conversation over the design and ends with a session that takes the whole afternoon. Bienaro keeps both in one calendar: a consultation has its own short length, a session its hours, and a free window only gets what really fits into it.

Even if you do everything yourself, you have a system that keeps track of appointments, clients and numbers for you.

  • 0 Kč for Kalendář
  • No limit on bookings or clients
  • Rytmus 399 Kč a month

Why here

you set the interval
  • Consultations and sessions kept apart

Consultation and design has its own length and price in the price list, so it fits even between two longer pieces. In the booking message the client writes which motif they would like and where – so they don’t come to the consultation empty-handed.

  • A three-hour session doesn’t get chopped up

Every service has its own length and the calendar offers only the windows where it fits in full. A three-hour session never ends up an hour before closing, and a short touch-up fills even a gap that nothing longer would fit into.

  • A cancellation deadline you decide

You choose how late a client can cancel online, from “any time” up to 48 hours in advance. After the deadline the link in the e-mail won’t cancel the appointment and shows your phone number instead – and the client usually gets a reminder the day before the deadline ends, so they can decide in time.

What gets prefilled

4 services

When setting up your business you choose your industry and get this suggestion prefilled, including a sample length and price – you just fine-tune them. What you don’t offer, you untick; what you offer on top, you add under your own name.

  • Consultation and design · 45 min · 500 Kč
  • Small tattoo · 60 min · 1,500 Kč
  • Tattoo session 3 h · 180 min · 4,500 Kč
  • Tattoo touch-up · 45 min · 800 Kč

Questions for your industry

Answers to the questions we hear most often from your industry. General questions about price, data and switching from another service are on the FAQ page.

Which services are prefilled for a tattoo studio?

4 services are prefilled: Consultation and design, Small tattoo, Tattoo session 3 h, Tattoo touch-up. The lengths and prices are only a suggestion – you shorten or extend the three-hour session, build your hourly rate into the price and untick what you don’t do. The price list then becomes the offer on the website and in the booking form at the same time.

Can clients book a tattoo session lasting several hours online?

Yes – the length belongs to the service, so the calendar offers a three-hour session only where you have three full hours free, and you add time for cleaning up afterwards to the service separately. Longer work you set up as another service with its own length. Anyone who needs to talk the design through first books a consultation as a short service and writes in the message what they would like.

What if a client doesn’t turn up for a session or cancels at the last minute?

You set the cancellation deadline yourself – from “any time” to 48 hours in advance – and after it the client can no longer cancel or move the appointment online; the link shows them your phone number instead. If they don’t turn up, you mark it on the appointment and it is added up on their client card. From the second such appointment we offer to switch off online booking for them: the decision is yours, we don’t tell them the reason and you can keep entering them manually.

Does it handle gift vouchers for tattoos?

Yes, vouchers are part of Rytmus: each one is for a specific service from your price list – say a consultation and design, or a whole session – and you can issue up to 100 at once. A voucher covers the service in full even after a price rise; it can be redeemed for another service with the difference paid at your studio (for a cheaper service, the difference is not refunded), unless you switch that option off when issuing. You sell the voucher and you collect the money for it; Bienaro keeps the codes and tracks whether one has already been redeemed.

Will Bienaro remind a client about their next session?

Only if you tell it when. Tattoos have no usual return interval, so Rytmus sends a next-visit reminder once you fill in, for the service, after how many weeks clients come back – say for a large piece over several sessions – or when a client comes regularly. Without an interval filled in, the offer of the next appointment, which usually comes the day after a visit (after an evening visit, the morning of the day after that), suggests times roughly four weeks later. Reminders of an appointment already booked go out by e-mail, also in the free Kalendář plan.

You can try it for free, right now.

You give the business name and industry and the website runs within a few minutes; you switch on online booking whenever you want. Calendar, clients and numbers are in one system from day one. Nobody asks for your card and you can request an export of your data at any time.

We also have pages for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, beauty salons, massage and pedicure. The full pricing is on the home page.
